The only time my fries have ever been "less than warm" is when I was late to pick it up. I always ask for a bit more sauce, and I've never been disappointed. The Big Bone Combo has been my "go to" meal and it's large enough to make two meals for this 6' 200lb man. A couple of months back, the ribs were tough and not cooked to the usual quality as I have come to expect. The owners were very apologetic and offered to provide another serving of ribs. I chose not to take advantage of this gesture as I didn't think it was necessary. For what it's worth, I ordered the same meal the following week and the ribs were fantastic. ”
